Hello! I understand how difficult it can be to take the time for appointments when you are running in so many directions. My goal is to help you with the care you need and deserve so you can get back to enjoying your life! 

As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), I specialize in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of individuals across the lifespan who are struggling with mental health disorders. I have comprehensive knowledge of psychiatric conditions, including neurodevelopmental disorders; bipolar disorder; depressive disorders; anxiety disorders; obsessive-compulsive disorders; trauma and stressor disorders; disruptive, impulse-control and conduct disorders; psychotic disorders; substance use and addictive disorders; and personality disorders. I am skilled in utilizing a holistic approach to care, considering the biological, psychological, and social factors that contribute to mental well-being. 

I have been a Registered Nurse for nearly 20 years and hold a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree in Nursing Education from Western Governors University in Salt Lake City, Utah with a certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Alverno College in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I am board-certified as a PMHNP and I maintain active licensure as an Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber (APNP) in Wisconsin. I am dedicated to staying current with the latest research and advancements in psychiatric care through ongoing professional development and continuing education.
